As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Utilities, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and improve adequate resources.
  • Manages key relationships. Work with engineering, architecture, and a diverse set of product teams across the firm to understand their needs, further integration to drive adoption of the product.
  • Communicates effectively and share strategy, roadmap, progress, and insights broadly and systematically. Craft the narrative and cadence for different partner and stakeholder audiences.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Good understanding of technology and software development, including familiarity with databases, and cloud services.
  • Excellent customer focused with the ability to build and maintain good, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear product delivery or technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a robust partnership with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech / Architecture / Data & Analytics) to achieve excellent results.

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Passionate and balanced with a willingness to learn and collaborate and work across all levels and backgrounds.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator, concise and impactful with excellent written and oral communication skills
