As a Senior RPA Developer & Team Lead within the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with business analysts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
The role will embody BeDynamo principles by promoting good customer outcomes, team collaboration and diversity, agility and resourcefulness, sense of purpose and energy.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into robust automation workflows.
- Build and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to drive standardization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts for emerging automation opportunities, including AI/ML integrations and Python scripting.
- Partner with IT, InfoSec, and infrastructure teams to ensure automations are secure, compliant, and scalable.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of hands-on RPA experience including full lifecycle delivery from design to production support.
- Strong background in software development/scripting
- Proven ability to lead small teams and deliver multiple automation solutions end-to-end.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations within RPA workflows.
- Knowledge of source control and DevOps pipelines for RPA CI/CD.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
- Experience with cognitive automation tools (OCR, NLP) and AI Center.
- Familiarity with process mining tools (Signavio, Celonis).
- Exposure to citizen development programs and governance frameworks.
- Experience with (Python & SQL) is preffered.
