Job Summary

As a Senior Product Associate in Wires & International Payments, you will help the product team strategize to create seamless payment experiences for customers across digital and operational payment platforms. You will support the product's development lifecycle, using data analysis to drive execution and prioritization with product owners. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, communicate key product updates, and help shape the future of banking payments for over 60 million customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define product objectives and strategy, supporting leadership in organizing quarterly objectives and key results.
  • Create and maintain a unified book of work and product roadmap for Wires scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate roadmap updates to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, preparing meeting agendas and tracking key tasks.
  • Report on product metrics, maintaining a monthly view of key highlights, changes, and trends, and synthesizing data to inform backlog prioritization.
  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Design stakeholder communications, including presentations and emails, to share product enhancements and key updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to finalize materials and organize presentation speakers.
  • Serve as spokesperson for the Product Lead in various forums when needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or program management.
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management, product management, or a relevant domain area.
  • Background in product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with experience managing a portfolio of products or large-scale projects.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to tailor communications for different audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently.
