Job Summary
As a Senior Product Associate in the Chase Rewards team, you will leverage customer insights and data intelligence to deliver innovative rewards features and drive business value. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, analyze risks and benefits, and ensure successful project delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Grow into a subject matter expert on Rewards and Loyalty user experience and your assigned rewards product area.
- Partner with tech teams within sprint cycles to ensure all epics and stories are clearly defined and delivered on time.
- Drive completion of business epics and removal of blockers.
- Deliver end-to-end project management, including development of project plans, metrics, risk/issues, decision logs, and other artifacts.
- Provide support on weekly reporting and program updates across forums.
- Analyze business and operational processes, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.
- Lead stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve optimal business value.
- Develop and manage integrated plans, providing regular progress communications to stakeholders.
- Communicate product needs, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of product, program management, or relevant experience with a record of individual technical achievement.
- Proven track record of delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to make recommendations and progress amid ambiguous priorities, and communicate ideas at all levels.
- Flexibility to influence and partner across a highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration practices.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), JIRA, and Confluence tools.
