As a Senior Product Associate in the Digital Personalization & Insights team, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
  • Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Manage product-related documentation and communications.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build solutions that meet business needs, ensuring adaptability and scalability.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility while managing the product delivery timeline.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, translating business objectives into quantifiable metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
  • Track record of product management experience including backlog
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to understand architectural concepts and their implications for user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in personalization and customer insights within a financial organization.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
