As a Senior Product Associate in Market Data Services Team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Market Data Services Analysts are the primary day to day contact between Market Data and the LOBs. All Analysts are aligned to a specific Business.

- Defining, prioritizing and satisfying client demand for Market Data Products across the Lines of Business
- Manage Client education of Market Data Service processes and product offerings
- Identify and deliver productivity opportunities to the Business, helping them to displace products where cost savings can be realized
- Regularly review the Business Market Data expenditure and identify any unused services
- Be accountable for setting strategic direction of Products, through the Buy/Sell/Hold List
- Be responsible for new contracts in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing Group
- Manage in excess of 160 Market Data Vendor Contracts globally
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Inventory systems and billing
- Analyzing Reports and being able to articulate and find areas of cost opportunities
- Tableau or other similar tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Language (Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese preferable), since this role will engage with clients in the locations
