The Associate for the CDAO Platform will play a pivotal role in supporting the data, AI, and analytical needs across the firm. This role is part of the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) Product and Platform team at JPMorgan Chase, which is responsible for delivering enterprise solutions for Data, AI and Governance, accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey. As an Associate for the CDAO Platform you will support the Client Engagement Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex projects focused on Firmwide Adoption of Paved Paths for Data, AI and Analytics. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that projects align with Firmwide CDAO goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams from JPM Lines of Business, Corporate Functions and CDAO Product and Engineering Teams to achieve priority outcomes.

As a Senior Product Associate within the CDAO Platform team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the data, AI, and analytical needs across the firm. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering enterprise solutions for Data, AI and Governance, accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that projects align with Firmwide CDAO goals. This role provides an opportunity to foster productive working relationships with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams from JPM Lines of Business, Corporate Functions and CDAO Product and Engineering Teams to achieve priority outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Engagement Lead in delivering project plans across various business lines and platforms
- Assist in implementing integration frameworks, ensuring standards and paved paths are followed
- Contribute to the development and execution of project plans by gathering technical requirements and tracking timelines
- Help identify and report potential blockers, risks, assisting in the development of contingency plans
- Prepare and deliver regular management reports under the guidance of the Account Manager Lead
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Utilize analytical skills to assess program performance and support data-driven optimizations
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status, highlighting any issues or concerns
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project-related challenges, working closely with the Client Engagement Lead to implement solutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Basic understanding of data, AI, and analytics within the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills and a strategic mindset
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in technical program management
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to decision-making processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to assist in breaking down objectives into manageable tasks
- Experienced in Reporting and Analytics Tools like Tableau or Power BI for data analysis and reporting on program performance
- Experienced in Program/project management Tools like Microsoft project, Trello, Monday.com and salesforce to plan, execute and monitor program activities
- Able to operate independently and iteratively - building just enough structure to enable progress
- Excited to work on a team where no two days are the same, and priorities can shift quickly
- Highly organized with a knack for simplifying complex workstreams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Familiarity with cloud services, platform architecture, and solution engineering is a plus
- Familiarity working with technical teams - you don't need to code, but you should understand the basics of AI/engineering workflows
