Job responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies with a focus on controls and compliance.
- Collaborate with technology, design, and product teams to ensure product development aligns with control requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in control systems and technologies.
- Support the definition of product requirements and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
- Monitor product performance and assist in making data-driven decisions to optimize controls and improve product quality.
- Provide support and training to internal teams and customers on product controls and compliance features.
- Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Understanding of control systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with product development tools and methodologies.
