Senior Product Associate

As a Senior Product Associate within the Data Platforms - Product Success team, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team where your expertise in project tracking, management reporting, and program management will make a real impact. In this role, you'll take ownership of key initiatives, work independently, and help shape communications and process improvements across the organization. Job responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver management status reports and project updates
- Maintain Jira hygiene and track project milestones and deliverables
- Support internal communications and create engaging presentations
- Build and update Confluence pages to document processes and resources
- Monitor support tickets and assist with process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or a relevant domain area
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Experience in data analytics and business requirements/user story writing
- Graphic design or visual communications skills
- Familiarity with budgeting, chargebacks, and internal communications
