The Senior Solutions Architect (SA) plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Common Capabilities across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with Technology, Product Owners, and Transformation teams to design innovative solutions and identify reusable patterns that can be developed into future products and serve as foundational building blocks. The SA is expected to be a visionary leader, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient architectural solutions.
This role will focus on increasing the adoption of Pro Plus Workflow, with primary responsibilities including assisting various transformation teams with building Pro Plus workflows by providing coaching, technical support, training, and coordinating activities with the technology and product teams to build additional integrations for the product. The SA will also be responsible for ensuring that the solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and comply with industry standards and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance the adoption of Pro Plus Workflow across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery.
- Provide expert coaching, technical support, and training to transformation teams in building Pro Plus workflows. This includes assisting with workshops, training materials, and offering hands-on guidance to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with technology and product teams to develop additional integrations for the Pro Plus product. This involves identifying integration opportunities, defining technical requirements, and overseeing the implementation process to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization's technology roadmap. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the Pro Plus Workflow and overall system architecture.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Basic understanding of workflows, with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in process engineering, including the ability to document a business process using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Jira for project management and issue tracking, with the ability to configure and customize Jira workflows to meet project needs.
- Experience in business analysis and documenting requirements, with strong analytical skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with Signavio or similar process modeling tools is a plus, enabling the SA to create detailed process maps and simulations to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams, build strong relationships, and drive change across the organization.
