Senior Client Solution Associate

As a Client Solutions Associate (CSA), you will embark on a comprehensive development program designed to transform you into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of payables. Throughout this journey, you will gain a deep understanding of the payables continuum, the solutions we offer, and the reasons why our solutions are considered Best in Class. This includes traditional, commercial card, and emerging payment and connectivity solutions, with a focus on B2B/B2C payables.

In this role, you will align with a team of Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) who are SMEs in delivering Payables and Connectivity solutions. They will provide guidance and mentorship as you work towards becoming a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) yourself. Your primary focus will be on learning and developing the skills necessary to understand and address the needs of our clients and prospects. By the end of your Associate journey, you will be well-equipped to deliver innovative product solutions that drive client success and contribute to the overall profitability of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in instructor-led and self-driven training - internal/external payables tools.
  • Learn and understand the payables landscape and our approach to client discovery calls and solutioning.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support business objectives and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with aligned Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) on client discovery calls, proposals to identify appropriate Payable solutions for clients
  • Manage administrative tasks for the aligned Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) which includes pricing, creating accounts and opportunities in Salesforce, and note taking.
  • Assist in client call preparation by creating pricing, financial illustrations, developing pitch books, and sharing customer research.
  • Understand competitors' products and positioning within the client & market.
  • Work with Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) and Treasury Team throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Successfully complete an in-depth development program designed to transform you into a SME in all aspects of payables

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, B2B payables, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interest in working with a coordinated deal team to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients.
  • Willingness to learn and understand payment solutions within B2B and B2C space.
  • Ability to develop and leverage internal networks and resources to complete projects.
  • Time management, organizational, and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Payments industry knowledge, marketing, and data analytic experience.
