As a Senior Associate Technical Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in developing and delivering technology products that advance our business objectives. Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy, vision, and roadmap for payment technology products, bringing new ideas to life and driving business growth.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring our payment solutions meet evolving client and market needs.
- Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable payment platforms.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, championing features that enhance payment speed, reliability, and user experience.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Create clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, celebrate wins, and gather feedback from stakeholders to keep our payment products evolving and competitive.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technology, or a related domain.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for working in dynamic teams.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering customer-focused payment solutions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Exposure to financial services technology, payment processing, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in payment technology products.
- Experience with data analytics and monitoring tools.
- Experience with public cloud platforms is a plus.
