Senior Associate, Sapphire Events Execution Lead

As a Product Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Sapphire Events team, you will lead the execution of Sapphire events while supporting the overall strategy for the Sapphire credit card products. This position sits within the Card and Connected Commerce Lifestyle Experiential team, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage event execution end-to-end including relationship management with execution agency partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute on-site, in-person experiences.
- Lead the execution of card member package build to drive sales and attendance.
- Liaison with the Sapphire line of business, servicing teams, brand, social media, paid media, marketing, and controls teams throughout the event lifecycle
- Deliver on goals and objectives for Sapphire events and experiences.
- Deliver and readout of key performance indicators for events.
- Identify and enable key best practices and innovation opportunities across branded cards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and managing multiple priorities.
- Be results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Possess strong relationship skills and ability to lead through strong collaboration
- Demonstrate they are customer obsessed by leading with the voice of the customer
- Have a proven ability to promote a strong risk averse environment, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
- Be able to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
- Collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, while building strong relationships and being a team player
