Job Summary: As a Regulatory Operations Analyst within the Global Regulatory Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting our Payments Business. You will review new and revised regulations, assess their impact, and ensure compliance in a controlled and standardized manner. Your contributions will drive strategic initiatives and enhance our regulatory operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review new and revised regulations for impact on Payments Business.
  • Assess regulatory impact in a controlled and standardized manner.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Payments teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage key stakeholders and lead effective meetings.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex regulatory requirements.
  • Share assessments with key stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to the strategic agenda of the Payments Business.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
  • Support the execution and sustainability of Performance Excellence initiatives.
  • Evaluate decisions for impact on customers, employees, and business.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory reporting environment or similar role.
  • Understand complex regulatory requirements and share comprehensive assessments.
  • Demonstrate passion for regulation and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Manage key stakeholders and lead effective meetings.
  • Analyze and assess the impact of new and revised regulations.
