Job Summary

As a Senior Associate in the Banking Payments Strategy and Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and planning across the organization. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that expand or develop new payment capabilities, focusing on reporting, strategy, and planning. Your work will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission and deliver value to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and product vision for Banking Payments, serving as a strategic advisor and influencing Objectives & Key Results.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications to articulate product strategy, priorities, and impact.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate collaboration within the Banking Payments organization to align priorities, share best practices, and implement new tools and processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk, Controls, Finance, and the Lines of Business to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-focused approach to help define roadmap and prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, communicate effectively (both verbal and written), and resolve roadblocks as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
