As a Senior Analytics Associate in the Data and Analytics team, you are an integral part of the group that innovates new product offerings to modernize data for AI and advanced analytics. You will focus on building next-generation tooling that enhances metadata quality, establishes readiness for AI/ML use cases, and simplifies how data is shared and consumed across the enterprise. You guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You combine product management expertise with strong knowledge of metadata, data systems, and emerging AI technologies to deliver solutions that make data discoverable, usable, and trusted at scale.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across data foundation products, engineering, and business partners to proactively identify issues and design impactful solutions. Your leadership will help drive adoption of new functionalities and product features, ensuring our data products meet the evolving needs of the enterprise. This role provides exposure to senior business leaders and offers opportunities to influence the direction of our data and analytics strategy.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and execution priorities for tools that modernize data for AI and enterprise consumption
  • Lead discovery work through consulting and user-centered design to develop insights and hypotheses
  • Break down requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring on-time delivery of features with measurable business impact
  • Manage backlog, partner with engineering to design and deliver solutions, track release cycles, and ensure readiness of tooling for both internal pilots and enterprise deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data & analytics products, AI/ML platform, engineering, and business products to proactively identify issues and design solutions
  • Lead interactions with business leaders, data owners, and analytics executives, conduct demos of new functionalities and product features, and drive adoption

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, ideally in data platforms or AI/ML enablement
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Strong understanding of product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels, including senior executives, in different lines of business, technology, and product teams
  • Basic awareness of data wrangling, data analytics techniques, and/or visualization techniques such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with metadata management and data governance practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and products
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within large organizations
  • Knowledge of emerging AI/ML technologies and their application in data products
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment
