Securities Services Operations - Transformation Program Manager - Executive Director

As an Operations Automation Director in Securities Services, you will spearhead the analysis and deployment of AI and intelligent automation solutions that transform business operations. Partnering closely with multiple stakeholders, you will lead business analysis to gather requirements, reimagine processes, and deliver automation and digitization strategies that drive operational excellence. You will ensure AI initiatives are integrated seamlessly within our broader technology strategies.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish and direct a globally consistent AI and Intelligent Solutions implementation strategy for Securities Services while delivering at scale
  • Collaborate with senior executives and change leads to identify, prioritize, and align efforts towards high impact use cases to achieve the group's strategic objectives, while measuring success via well-defined Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
  • Direct strategy and execution of business analysis activities to deliver and communicate information, insights, and solutions to influence lines of business or cross-departmental strategies, decisions, readiness, and outcomes
  • Partner with cross functional (Operations, Technology, Product, Controls) stakeholders across regions to navigate complex challenges, ensure alignment, and reduce time to market
  • Provide thought leadership and participate in solution design discussions to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, sustainable, and have strong ROI.
  • Manage operational, financial, and technical activities, including financial budgeting, and business planning activities to ensure adherence with the firm's standards, controls, and intelligent automation solutions governance
  • Assess the intelligent automation and AI capabilities within the organization, and evaluate upcoming AI tooling to refine the operating model and develop a strategic roadmap for the capability's development
  • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of innovation across the global organization by encouraging creative problem-solving, and supporting continuous learning and development. Inspire teams to explore new technologies and methodologies to drive efficiency and enhance business processes.
  • Manage team members and key resources directly or indirectly with accountability to operational success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading and delivering Intelligent Automation, AI, and Business Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree, with practical experience in capabilities such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • Proven ability to lead the complex data collection and analysis and to advise on the development of accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Extensive business and technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipating issues, and using appropriate technology to mitigate risk
