Securities Services - Client Solutions and Implementations Manager - Associate

Join JPMorgan's Securities Services team as a Client Solutions and Implementations Manager, where you will manage diverse client projects and deliver innovative solutions across a range of financial products.

As a Client Solutions and Implementations Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for a diverse client base, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, and more. You will cover all Securities Services products, from Custody to Trading Services, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

  • Drive the client requirements gathering process and propose target solutions.
  • Ensure client requirements are understood and documented with appropriate sign-off.
  • Develop and manage project delivery plans and facilitate client legal agreements.
  • Execute plans with robust governance and reporting, managing project risks.
  • Manage virtual teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Execute post-implementation reviews to improve practices.
  • Prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all controls and procedures.
  • Own project communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver high levels of client satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Working knowledge of multiple Securities Services products.
  • Project and program management skills.
  • Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Client-facing skills and ability to influence collaboratively.
  • Strong presentation skills and risk resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to systematically remove ambiguity from projects.
  • Work well in an evolving environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3-5 Years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing Industry.
  • 2+ years in a client-facing implementation role or commensurate experience.
