Sales Success Credit Support Manager - Payments - Vice President

The Sales Success Credit Support team is considered the subject matter experts for Payments product credit. The team works with a variety of stakeholders including Sales, Product, Credit Risk, Implementations and Operations on a variety of requests and continuous improvement projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the team as they support GCB Payments Sales with proper credit setups for clients, effective credit utilization, and proactive rightsizing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise of Payments products and their associated credit facilities including the business and application flows.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the various systems and tools used by the team to monitor credit.
- Support stakeholder requests such as facility analysis / reporting, answering questions on how to setup and maintain Payment facilities, and resolving setup issues identified on exception reports.
- Manage the creation of exception reporting, providing feedback to stakeholders and updates to management.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for different request types
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine scope and management of both new and existing projects.
- Work with stakeholders on a structured plan and provide periodic reporting to management.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams / flows, and management presentations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Experience in global payments is desirable, with understanding of credit facilities required.
- Experience in control management
- Experience in project management including scope, planning and risk/issue management.
- Strong understanding of Windows Office
- Data experience - (Advanced Excel, SQL, Business Objects, Alteryx experience preferred)
- Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal.
