As a Sales Strategy Support Analyst in the Sales Success team, you will play a key role in supporting Payments Sales Managers and Payments Client Managers. You will manage the hand-off of client mandates, initiate account and product setup requests, and coordinate billing, pricing, interest rate, and credit facility changes. You will ensure risk controls are followed and contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping the team achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on J.P. Morgan Payments accounts and products to support day-to-day inquiries from Payments Sales Managers and Payments Client Managers.
- Initiate implementation requests for new accounts and products, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with Client Onboarding.
- Submit billing change requests and coordinate with Billing Operations for correct implementation.
- Submit pricing change requests and coordinate with Billing Operations for accurate execution.
- Submit interest rate setups and changes as mandated by client coverage teams.
- Submit credit requests to set up and maintain credit facilities for client accounts and products.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client and stakeholder experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Understanding of J.P. Morgan Payments accounts, products, billing, and pricing processes and procedures.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience supporting sales or client management teams in a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with risk controls and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Familiarity with Deal Manager, GLASS, and Adobe DocuSign
- Experience in data collection and analytics is a plus.
