The opportunity is to join the institutional sales team covering EMEA accounts (insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds and banks).
Job summary:
As an Associate or Vice President within Commodities Institutional Sales, Investor Products team, you will support the daily functions of the team in servicing this client base across the commodities complex.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide commodities coverage to institutional accounts across Continental Europe and assist in strengthening the bank's presence with institutional clients in the commodity markets in both a flow and structured environment
- Contribute to building a strong presence which challenges the existing competitors in the marketplace
- Formulate a marketing strategy, prospecting new accounts, and delivering on coverage targets
- Assist trading and structuring in the development of QIS index strategies to deliver customised solutions to a diversified client base
- Support other parts of the firm in their commodities marketing efforts
- Become "first call" for a number of counterparties for their commodities needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- You demonstrate strong QIS, index and/or Commodities knowledge and experience, as well as established contacts within the continental institutional client base
- You have a high technical understanding of QIS and structured products
- You have ability to develop and service senior client relationships
- You have strong analytical skills: ability to execute with skill and urgency; knowledge of derivatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- You have a strong client coverage and servicing skills
- You have a good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
- You have an excellent time management skills
- You have an interest in the commodities markets and institutional client base
- You have ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- You are proficient in speaking and writing additional language
