Join our dynamic and high-energy team as a Consumer Direct Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending. As a Consumer Direct Home Lending Advisor, you will guide clients through the home lending process, ensuring strong sales results. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of home lending products, you will act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout the loan duration. You will comply with all regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase's financial products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Convert warm inbound and outbound leads into mortgage loan applications.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to log all customer contacts and schedule follow-ups.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques in a call center environment.
  • Recommend optimal product/rate program combinations to prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and procedures.
  • Meet required sales performance goals for pre-established volume and KPIs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to provide superior customer service and consultative selling.
  • Ability to adhere to an in-office work schedule.
  • Ability to participate in on-site training Monday through Friday, with varying hours.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Sales experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Coachability, adaptability, and time management skills.
  • Skills in marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting.
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Mortgage, Auto, Medical, Phone, or Education industries or relevant education.
