Sales Enablement - Data Reporting - Vice President

As a Vice President in the Data & Reporting team within our Sales Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in utilizing data modeling concepts, data analysis, and requirement gathering to build strategic, consumer-aligned data products. Your responsibilities will include researching, analyzing data, and developing high-quality data products to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experiences. You will design and implement scalable and reliable data processing pipelines, conduct analysis, and derive insights to optimize business outcomes. As a part of data-centric transformation team, you will unlock value for stakeholders through the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data and control solutions.

You will collaborate with the Client360, IQ Platform team, and Global Banking (CIB) Technology, driving cross-functional projects to ensure effective collaboration that supports business priorities.

  • Technical and analytical - Be able to gather data requirements, develop analytics hypothesis and templates to enable seamless and controlled reporting. This includes understanding data structures and driving the build of appropriate data models to enable accurate reporting. Testing of the results using SQL / Redshift based skills and translating requirements to visualization developers.
  • Analytics - Ability to demonstrate value for the business by understanding business needs and analytics frameworks to meet them.
  • Execution and project management - Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests. Must be self-directed with the ability to explore innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Must be proactive, detail and results-oriented, and willing to drive change. Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
  • Communications - Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to translate requirements to developers
  • Problem solving - Strong problem solving, and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather, and manipulate data, obtain consensus, and implement change. Able to outline work process in a thoughtful and detailed manner. Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
  • Leadership - Strong professional presence with the ability to interact and influence colleagues at all levels in the business. Able to collaborate with peer team members across business and staff areas at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over all resources. Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from others.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the global Banking Technology team to develop strategic, consumer-aligned data solutions that support business operations, strategic goals, and advanced analytics, including AI/ML initiatives.
  • Strong focus on delivering analytics and insights that support the business.
  • Create Data Requirement Documents and define data census terms.
  • Analysis of data and collaborate with data modelers to ensure updates to logical models.
  • Develop and execute data testing scripts.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to improve data understanding and quality.
  • Explore opportunities to automate manual sourcing processes.
  • Lead the transition from manual Excel-based reporting to strategic platforms like AWS and QlikSense, including data source curation, data modeling, and visualization to deliver meaningful insights.
  • Engage throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in sales data products and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience (data management, analytics and reporting, program management)
  • Expertise in SQL, Data Modeling concepts, Knowledge of dimensional modeling is must
  • Proficient in data analysis, requirements gathering, Problem-solving and excel
  • Experience in AWS, Redshift, Alteryx, tableau is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is Plus
  • Familiarity of AI/ML, LLM is Plus
  • Familiarity of reporting tools like QlikSense, Sigma is plus
  • BA/BS degree in a financial or technical program
  • Strong time management skills, efficient at multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on time.
  • Experience in Project Management and Agile disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with multiple, changing priorities.
  • Positive and \"Can Do\" attitude with a collaborative mindset.
