As a Sales Assistant, Analyst within our team, you will be responsible for sending market update summaries, handling client queries, and managing pre-trade and post-trade operations. Your role is vital in consolidating client information, preparing sales presentations, and assisting with trade bookings. You will conduct research on market trends, monitor financial news, and collaborate with internal parties to resolve issues. Your contributions will support the sales team in regulatory reporting and client onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Send market update dan development summaries and respond to macro-economic market research queries from clients.
  • Consolidate and manage client contacts and information.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist the Sales team in trade bookings, preparing trade termsheets, and send the trade recaps and termsheets to clients post-booking.
  • Manage internal EOD PNL, position blotters, and prepare management reports.
  • Conduct periodic research on local market trends and internal analytic to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Support the sales team with periodic regulatory reporting.
  • Respond to Spot pricing request from selected group of clients - upon completion of required registrations.
  • Shadow price / model on FX and Interest Rate derivatives
  • Facilitate complete on-boarding of clients for Markets Products from KYC, legal documentation, regulatory due diligence, credit limit, to operational setup
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, and record-keeping for non-standard settlement documents

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial markets or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
  • Ability to conduct research and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in client management and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with FX and Interest Rate derivatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of KYC and client onboarding processes.
  • Experience in trade booking and termsheet preparation.
  • Understanding of macro-economic trends and market analysis.
