As a Risk Management - Risk Reporting Senior Associate within JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our strength and resilience. You will anticipate emerging risks and use your judgement to address challenges impacting our company, customers, and communities. You will be at the heart of our regulatory efforts that help safeguard not only our bank, but also the global financial system. You will deliver complete, accurate and timely risk metrics to US regulators, including the FRB, OCC, and FDIC, and work closely with stakeholders in Regulatory Strategy, Credit Risk Management, Operations, Finance and Technology to streamline reporting processes and execute robust controls in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and develop cutting-edge processes and workflows to gather and analyze data, ensuring our reports are accurate and insightful.
- Collaborate, connect and work alongside a dynamic team to aggregate data from multiple sources and present it in a way that tells a compelling story.

- Monitor data quality controls and document processes to maintain the highest standards in our reporting.
- Assist in preparing relevant documentation that supports reporting results and adheres to internal policies and standards.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience within a risk, financial, and/or regulatory reporting environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand regulatory requirements and business drivers and a curiosity that looks for the story behind the data.
- Control Focused: Detail oriented approach within large datasets to verify accuracy of reporting processes and underlying data.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within a team and communicate across various departments, both written and verbal.
- Leadership Potential: A presence that commands attention and effectively communicates with colleagues, regulators, and management.
- Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
