As a Product Associate within JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting innovation and operational excellence across the ORDG product suite. Leveraging user research, data analysis, and customer feedback, you will help create and enhance products that meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support strategic AI/ML initiatives, and contribute to seamless product operations and process automation. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist product owners with user research, user story development, and product strategy formulation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process documentation, to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Support the full product delivery lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and release planning.
  • Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Provide comprehensive support for AI/ML projects across products, including model performance tracking, ongoing maintenance, and prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and governance standards.
  • Assist the AI/ML Program Lead in the development, scoring, evaluation, and continuous refinement of production AI agents and prompts by analyzing performance metrics, collecting user feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
  • Deliver Level 2 support for products within the ORDG suite (DOGMA, FPSP, LRCM, ASRB, RM&C Bulletin, PEGA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical and operational issues, minimizing business disruption.
  • Maintain the stability and reliability of existing PEGA workflows through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, think critically, and develop practical solutions, including process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and clearly document requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, building relationships and facilitating discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends, draw meaningful insights, and support business decisions using analytical tools and techniques.
  • Strong customer focus, dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external clients by delivering user-friendly, value-added solutions.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, including task prioritization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience with analytical tools.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies like Kanban & Scrum
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
  • Experience with LLM prompt development, testing, and refinement.
  • Familiarity with PEGA workflow management and automation.
