Are you a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients? If so, you have found the right team.

As a Relationship Management Leader within Commercial Card Consortiums, you will spearhead a national team of Relationship Managers dedicated to driving growth, retention, and change management for a large strategic portfolio of Commercial Card clients. Your leadership will be pivotal in implementing best practices, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve financial targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Relationship Managers, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver an optimal engagement model to support large strategic commercial card consortium relationships, focusing on efficiency and profitable growth of the sector.
  • Proactively develop and execute client spend optimization and retention strategies to maximize value and satisfaction.
  • Lead a team obsessed with enhancing the overall client experience, ensuring delivery on scorecard objectives and key results.
  • Implement and promote best practices in managing consortium clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each consortium.
  • Build strong internal partnerships and foster collaboration and alignment with Banking and Treasury leadership teams and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and contribute to broader Client Management & Delivery strategic initiatives; undertake other duties as assigned.
  • Engage in onsite client meetings where applicable, strengthening relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and continuous development of team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Payments, Treasury, or Commercial Card.
  • In-depth payables solutions product knowledge and familiarity with the Commercial Card and Payments industry.
  • Demonstrable track record evidencing measurable portfolio growth results, exceptional client experience, and the ability to proactively build relationships and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing teams and/or multiple complex client relationships concurrently.
  • Proven ability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions to client issues and challenges.
  • Ability to navigate and assist in resolving escalations in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little professional guidance and strong technical proficiency, including quick learning and effective use of JPM proprietary platforms and solutions.
  • Be results-oriented, demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience under stress, possess a solution-driven mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced and complex client environment. Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Travel: 25% National travel required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, skills:

  • Experience in client-facing public sector space (Government, Higher Ed, Non-Profit).
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
