Job Summary
As a Transaction Processing Supervisor within Asset Servicing, you manage and control daily operational workflows for corporate action and income products. You lead a team to ensure robust processes, effective resource planning, and high-quality client service. You drive strategic development and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage workflow through the life cycle of Corporate Action and Income products
- Operationally oversee daily activities within the Asset Services team
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning
- Ensure robust team structure via training and succession planning
- Complete and sign off all daily controls and processing tasks
- Resolve client service inquiries efficiently
- Produce all required key metrics and reports
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the team
- Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to staff
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures regularly
- Contribute to the strategic development of asset servicing products
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate operational expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and Custody
- Lead and motivate managers with strong people management skills
- Learn new markets, products, and processes quickly
- Prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines with strong risk and control awareness
- Communicate confidently across all mediums to internal and external clients
- Review and implement process improvements with strategic thinking
- Utilize Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook proficiently
