Join our dynamic Regulatory Learning team within the Human Resources Talent & Employee Experience organization. As a Regulatory Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the comprehensive training lifecycle across EMEA, LATAM, and Canada, supporting JPMorgan Chase's global Compliance and Regulatory agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and deliver tailored learning solutions that meet the needs of our global lines of business and support functions.

As a Regulatory Learning Lead in the Human Resources Talent & Employee Experience organization, you will support the end-to-end training lifecycle for the EMEA, LATAM, and Canada regions. Your role involves partnering with Compliance to identify, assess, and prioritize regulatory and compliance training needs, delivering tailored learning solutions for global lines of business and support functions, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine and approve the appropriate audience criteria for each course, ensuring timely assignment. The Lead serves as a trusted liaison with Compliance, addressing inquiries, and analyzing data to provide prompt responses to audit and regulatory requests. Training managed by the Regulatory Learning team is heavily scrutinized by external Regulators globally. In addition to designing solutions for identified training needs, the team supports Regulator, Audit, Compliance and Control team requests related to ongoing external exams and internal reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end training lifecycle for the EMEA, LATAM, and Canada regions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact with Compliance to address learner/client inquiries and requests for information.
  • Partner with Compliance to identify, assess, and prioritize regulatory and compliance training needs.
  • Determine course criteria with Compliance SMEs and build course audiences for training projects.
  • Analyze data sets to provide accurate and timely responses to audit and regulatory requests.
  • Manage instructor-led training processes end-to-end and associated online repository.
  • Partner with the manager on and lead training projects, when proficient.
  • Maintain data and documentation in the systems/tools used by the team.
  • Collaborate with global Regulatory Learning teams to address issues, find solutions, participate in testing, and suggest process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional/LOB global learning projects, partnering effectively with the broader HR Talent and Career Experience Team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, advanced Excel, Teams).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing advanced Excel skills and visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple projects and influencing teams globally.
  • Keen attention to detail with a strong control mindset.
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory environments and responding to auditors and control teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience managing relationships with customers or stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to use initiative to interpret data and inquiries.
  • Relevant experience in data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, risk, controls, audit, or training-related fields.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on global learning projects.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or similar platforms.
