Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Regulatory and Change Management Governance team to partner with the Business

As a member of the Regulatory and Change Management Governance team, you will ensure that obligations and sustainment process tasks are completed within SLA. You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in actions taken on our internal applications. Your role involves understanding data, conducting analysis, and delivering precise insights and dashboards to our teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support the RCMG team to assist with obligation mapping sustainment, procedure sustainment, regulatory event notifications, and related deliverables.
  • Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Proactively identify obstacles/challenges impacting milestone completion and collaborate with the team to develop mitigating solutions; escalate where appropriate.
  • Support Reporting team on the production and submission of management information such as performance metrics, service level adherence, and scorecards.
  • Quickly learn the current operating model and systems (Enterprise Library Application (ELA), Spectrum, Controls Change Manager); use the acquired knowledge to inform / continuously improve the legal obligation sustainment model.
  • Escalate issues as identified and participate in problem-solving and resolution.
  • Drive the completion of business change, as identified.
  • Participate in User Acceptance testing (for ELA and Spectrum).
  • Create and support an inclusive work environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to owning and resolving issues.
  • Thorough and systematic approach to ensure effective completion of activities.
  • Flexible in handling multiple tasks, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Questions existing systems/processes for efficiency and suggests improvements.
  • Operates collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel functions, and maintains high ethical standards with exposure to confidential information.
