Reference Data Specialist IV

Join our team as a Reference Data Specialist in Wholesale Payments Operations and ensure seamless transaction management for our clients.

Job Summary:
As a Reference Data Specialist in Wholesale Payments Operations, you will provide operational support within our Commercial and Investment Bank. You will ensure that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time, resolving exceptions and client inquiries. Additionally, you will manage daily regulatory reporting tasks, remediation activities, and contribute to process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Take the lead on process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a control mindset, being alert to issues and risks impacting processes or the organization.
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients and address their inquiries.
• Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts within the team.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent client focus and customer care working practices.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Experience in middle or back office operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions.
