Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area?

As a Client Account Services (CAS) - Fund Services Analyst within the JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on setting up and maintaining client accounts accurately and efficiently. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams - including onboarding, operations, and technology - to ensure seamless client integration and ongoing support

Job responsibilities :

  • Set up and maintain client accounts in accordance with fund structures, operational requirement and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and client configuration.
  • Perform quality checks on account setup to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support the onboarding of new funds, including gathering documentation, validation fund specifications, and ensuring proper setup in systems.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with documentation of procedures and workflows.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting platforms or fund administration system
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
