As the Recruitment Lead within China, you will oversee the strategic execution of the recruitment process, ensuring seamless interaction with stakeholders and managing all recruiting activities. You will act as a visible partner to the location HR Business Advisor, providing strategic insights and thought leadership in business recruiting needs.
You will collaborate closely with regional and local leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous professional development. Your role will include driving location-specific initiatives and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the full lifecycle recruitment strategy, from strategic talent sourcing to successful onboarding
- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership in business recruiting needs by engaging in executive-level meetings and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Act as a Strategic Client Relations Executive to key business group leaders, delivering comprehensive recruiting strategies, insights, and performance metrics.
- Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and enhance recruitment outcomes
- Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with stakeholders to facilitate candidate development and executive offers.
- Champion the firm's strategic commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between business and regional partners regarding recruitment progress and strategic outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between local business leadership and Global Recruiting leadership.
- Drive adherence to strategic training initiatives, pipeline management, and resource planning.
- Ensure new regulatory requirements are communicated and met, while encouraging the identification and remediation of operational risks.
- Ensure location team members effectively follow existing controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience within banking or Financial services industry
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with strong risk and control mindset
- Proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in simplified Chinese, supporting the China market.
- Superior judgment and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to influence executive leaders.
- Visionary, innovative, and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
