Real Estate Transaction Analyst II

As a Real Estate Transaction Analyst in the Real Estate Team, you will collaborate closely with the Market Director of Real Estate and commercial real estate brokers to facilitate site location deals. Your role is crucial in moving deals to execution, ensuring all processes are streamline and efficient.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Market Director of Real Estate and brokers to understand site locations and deal statuses, driving them to execution.
  • Create and provide tour and business case packages for senior management site approval.
  • Manage the new build pipeline, initiating projects and maintaining milestones for site possession.
  • Support real estate transaction processes, including titles, surveys, wire transfers, and closings.
  • Oversee contract and lease summary signings, ensuring critical dates are tracked.
  • Work with Branch Planning to ensure timely submission of Office of the Comptroller of the Currency paperwork.
  • Attend bi-weekly calls with the Construction team to report on milestone status.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pitch Pro, Outlook, Adobe and TEAMS.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in commercial real estate and market analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of lease and Letter of Intent language.
  • Bachelors's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred.
