Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead JPY/AUD rates option trading activities and develop market strategies
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team
  • Execute trades with precision and manage risk effectively
  • Collaborate with sales and research teams to enhance client offerings
  • Monitor market developments and adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in rates option markets
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies
  • Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in leading a trading team
  • Knowledge of derivatives and structured products
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japan
  • Advanced degree in finance or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent
