Job Responsibilities:
- Use SAS & SQL to query databases and identify correction populations.
- Ensure analytics accuracy and support validation teams.
- Automate repetitive analytics steps using SAS macros or other tools.
- Develop skills in languages like Python and deepen data knowledge.
- Deliver analytical requirements per \"requirements documents.\"
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand case contexts.
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable analytics steps.
- Drive analytics and insights to resolve customer impacts.
- Manage customer issues comprehensively.
- Provide best-in-class analytics to stakeholders.
- Support project closure and ensure correct data supply.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Utilize SAS and another programming language like Python or SQL.
- Query data from multiple sources, considering null values.
- Identify insights and anomalies within data.
- Translate plain English requirements into codes.
- Drive analytical insights from data.

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
