As a Vice President in the Digital Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, planning, and executing projects focused on scalable analytical frameworks. You will collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data insights and drive innovation across the Data & Analytics community. This role offers the opportunity to scale analytics solutions for Chase Digital platforms, develop expertise in financial services, and apply technical proficiency in analytical methods, experimentation, and data strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual capable of designing, planning, and executing analytics projects to meet evolving business needs. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in financial services, including credit cards, loans, and retail banking, and apply technical proficiency in analytical methods, experimentation, and data strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and prioritize key insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Deliver compelling data narratives with actionable recommendations.
  • Be on the leading edge of developing and using new data, demonstrating its value, and scaling usage across the firm.
  • Utilize strategic, analytical, and data skills to address enterprise challenges and shape the future of Digital Data Analytics.
  • Develop and implement scalable data frameworks that align with strategic priorities and business opportunities.
  • Translate analytical and AI/ML ambitions into data usage needs and requirements for products, data, and technology at scale.
  • Communicate complex data-driven insights to executive leadership, driving innovation and strategic decision-making for the digital platform.
  • Build deep partnerships to develop analytics roadmaps in support of strategic priorities with cross-functional teams including Product, Strategy, Technology, Design, and Data Science.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ years of related experience (e.g., digital, customer, marketing, sales analytics).
  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science); advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven thought leader in analytics, capable of framing business questions and executing analytical plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse views and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent at conveying complex information to senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to define business KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B testing).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of data usage and structures.
  • Proficient in data science tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R); experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, Split.io, Snowflake, and AWS preferred.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Financial services experience preferred, but not required.
