Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Marketing Analytics

You will join Marketing Analytics to develop and implement business intelligence tools to to optimize the customer experience. As part of a quad with product, design, and technology teams, you will deliver actionable insights to drive engagement and foster long-term, profitable customer relationships.
As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Customer Acquisition Experiences (CAE) Analytics team, you will deliver on the CAE agenda and collaborate with partners across the Consumer Bank-including Product and Technology Management, Customer Experience Design, consumer lines of business, risk, compliance, and controls.
You will work within a cross-functional team to enhance the mobile, online, and branch account opening experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you will deliver clear, compelling business intelligence and recommendations. A passion for data visualization and deep analytical expertise is essential.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners across CAE functions and LOB's to provide data driven insights to support strategic direction and growth
- Provide consultative support for Product partners driven by fact-based findings
- Evolve and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for Customer Measurement
- Provide analysis and associated data visualization and story-telling
- Focus and prioritize the analytics agenda to align with overall strategy and business value
- Collaborate within Marketing Analytics to enhance the quality and value of team deliverables
- Partner with Data Owners and Core Analytics partners to enhance overall performance of Marketing Analytics team
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Minimum 3+ years with Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical sciences)
- Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks
- Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper
- Hands-on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and scorecards
- Experience with Tableau and SQL
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management
- Strong PowerPoint and slide-writing skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a start-up paced environment and culture
Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Digital experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Alteryx
- Management Consulting experience preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry
