As a VP Quant Analytics Manager within the Digital Analytics Team, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Utilities Product team. Your mission will be to harness the power of data to understand, measure, and maximize the value of our Utilities products. These Utilities are essential data domains that aggregate and summarize customer data-both behavioral and transactional-enabling customer-facing applications to elevate the overall customer experience. The Utilities are organized into five key data domains: Account, Product Catalog, Customer Summary, Enhanced Transaction, and Customer Interaction

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Utilities Product team to identify and exploit opportunities for Utilities to play a larger role across Lines of Business (LOBs) and the Data & Analytics organization.
  • Utilize your expertise in behavioral data and analytical leadership to define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), develop and measure A/B tests, and answer strategic analytical questions.
  • Deliver actionable insights through compelling data storytelling, enhancing decision-making processes and fostering long-term, profitable customer relationships.
  • Establish partnerships, best practices, and clear communication channels to increase data-informed decisions and experimentation.
  • Provide expert consultation to the broader Data & Analytics organization, focusing on behavioral and customer journey data.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytical function focused on extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data from a range of sources.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with web analytics.
  • Detail-oriented and structured thinker with a passion for data analysis and delivering clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to organize complex business problems, translate them into analytical plans, and execute with precision.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver insights to executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing customer experiences and digital product usage.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience working in Big Data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata, Snowflake).
  • Expertise in A/B testing and strong slide-writing and presentation skills to convey analytical insights.
