DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Utilize data tools to define, size, and execute on audiences. Collaborate with business partners by leveraging analytics and data insights to improve campaign performance. Develop and manage customer attributes and research new data elements for insights. Produce data validations on campaign populations to ensure marketing requirements are met. Identify correlations and trends in data, and communicate impacts that could affect results of the campaign. Participate in quality code reviews and identify issues and errors for correction or improvement. Recognize and implement ideas for global process improvements to increase department efficiency. Represent the Audience Management area in technical meetings with IT and other areas. Mentor new and more junior Audience Management resources. Support acquisition and engagement across credit card, Auto, Retail, Home Lending and Payments. Gather business requirements and specifications that capture the overall flow and details of the initiative. Follow standard procedures to ensure the accuracy of the audiences prior to execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Quantitative Marketing Analyst, Data Analytics Co-op, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Quantitative Marketing Analyst, Data Analytics Co-op, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Power BI; A/B Testing; building reports/dashboards in Tableau; wrangling, manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting big datasets in SQL, SAS, and Python; PowerPoint; Word; Alteryx; using p-value to determine the significance of results from marketing campaigns; utilizing Predictive model scores to optimize audience selection strategies; Pivot tables and Formulas with the ability to show results in a graphical manner using Excel; forecasting Lead flow and customer conversion; analyzing audience trends and summarizing findings; campaign sizing to support test designing; customer segmentation; automating processes to enhance controls, mitigate errors and increase efficiency; connecting Data sources to Data warehouse; Teradata; Oracle; building Waterfalls for marketing campaigns to improve program visibility.
