As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will be part of a dynamic group that powers JPMorgan Chase with insights to create competitive advantages and deliver value for our customers. You will help execute analytic strategies for the JPMorgan Wealth Management business unit, understanding investment customers' financial needs and interactions with our products, services, channels, and Advisors.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Alteryx workflows to process data from disparate sources for automated scorecards.
- Create Tableau dashboards to identify key gaps in business performance.
- Use SQL, SAS, and PYTHON to extract and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Automate the aggregation of key data elements for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to map out data sources and develop solutions.
- Identify opportunities to create self-serve tools for real-time decision-making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Broad exposure to programming languages and analytical/BI tools.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Ability to manipulate data using Alteryx and other ETL tools.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on programming experience.
- Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
- Experience in ad-hoc reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficiency in R, PYTHON, and Java.
- Experience in analytics or insights functions at financial services firms.
- Understanding of personal investments and market functions.
- Familiarity with Agile (scrum) methodologies and has a growth mindset with aspiration for continuous learning.
