As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Business Banking Deposits & Cash Management Team, you will play a crucial role in developing control and exception reports. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product functions as designed, influencing critical initiatives and strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop efficient solutions.
- Write SQL codes and develop Tableau reports, ensuring end-to-end ownership.
- Enhance ad-hoc reporting capabilities for a broad user community.
- Ensure reporting elements are organized, labeled, and documented.
- Automate reporting elements and maintain documentation in Bitbucket.
- Identify growth areas and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized analyses and insights.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics with 7+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with complex SQL code and data analytics tools.
- Ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and databases.
- Leadership skills to analyze problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Superior judgment to mitigate risk and anticipate trends.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx and visualization tools like Tableau.
- Previous experience in financial services or consulting firms.
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies.
- Lifelong learner with a growth mindset, eager to share knowledge.
