Quant Analytics Associate Senior - Commerce Payments

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Commerce Payments team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable goals and develop actionable strategies that drive product performance and enhance user experience. You will leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide investment decisions, contributing to the success of Commerce Payments.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators for each vertical
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance to stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms, collaborating with data engineering teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform product strategy and benchmark metrics
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with quantitative research and data analysis
- Eight years of experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Critical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Experience in data-driven storytelling for product value
- Knowledge of industry benchmarking and competitor analysis
