Quant Analytics Associate

As a Quant Analytics Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will collaborate with marketers to gather requirements, propose designs for targeting and segmentation, and execute the delivery of final audiences. You will be responsible for developing code for data extraction and transformation, deploying audiences into production, and supporting domains such as Card and Auto.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute code to define customer populations for complex marketing campaigns.
  • Design functional specification documents for campaign execution.
  • Communicate and clarify requirements, results, and timelines with marketers and project stakeholders.
  • Assess information from multiple data sources, resolve inconsistencies, and transform high-level information into detailed technical specifications.
  • Adhere to process requirements and checkpoints for campaign execution.
  • Develop code to extract and process large volumes of customer and account data, validating, auditing, and testing outputs.
  • Follow department code development and documentation procedures, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate end-to-end process delivery and support ad-hoc requests and special projects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of data processing experience using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Python, and relational databases like Oracle and Teradata.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with data visualization tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in related domains, requirement gathering, and interacting with offshore partners.
  • Background in marketing operations, campaign execution, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
