Support data-driven insights and strategies to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes within our Consumer & Community Banking division. Join our dynamic analytics team to leverage data and analytics in delivering innovative insights and solutions for the Connected Banking Portfolio of digital products to drive measurable business impact and customer outcomes.
As a Quant Analytics Associate on the Connected Banking Analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute analytical projects that align with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for synthesizing data, conducting analyses, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in utilizing strategic, analytical, and data science skills to address challenges within the enterprise.
- Support the development and implementation of analytical solutions by organizing requirements and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
- Conduct thorough analyses to evaluate customer behavior and engagement with our products and the value of product to ensure alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Technology, and Design teams to support the analytics roadmap.
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively convey complex data insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Apply experimentation to optimize and personalize business strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science fields).
- 1+ years of industry experience in business analytics roles (e.g., digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights).
- Experience with data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R).
- Experience with any one of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI)
- Basic understanding of Cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
- Strong communication skills to convey information in an understandable manner to team members and partners.
- Ability to work effectively in project teams with attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx; interest in Machine Learning, AI preferred.
- Understanding of data mining and data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, behavioral analytics).
- Partner with subject matter experts in defining business KPIs and establishing measurement frameworks.
- Interest in financial services.
