As a Quant Analytics Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Data and Analytics team, you will solve complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis, influencing growth and marketing initiatives for our co-branded card businesses. You will collaborate with business units to devise strategies that drive marketing efficiencies and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and support marketing analytics for card products to solve business problems and enable growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and perform P&L evaluations.
- Utilize advanced tools like SAS, Python, and SQL for data engineering and insights.
- Develop customer segmentation frameworks using modeling tools for differentiated strategies.
- Partner with business units to understand goals and provide data-driven insights for growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- BS/BA/MS in an analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance).
- Expert in SAS/SQL.
- Experience with large databases and data modeling to solve business problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Understanding of credit card P&L.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Familiar with Alteryx, Tableau.
- Proficient in R/Python.
