Quant Analytics Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Be an analytical thinker with excellent data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Background in data analytics & automation is a plus.
• Analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions quickly and objectively .
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management.
• Possess attention to detail is required, specifically in terms of analytic rigor and output to eliminate the need for rework.
• Operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency.
• Perform root cause analysis independently.
• Understand data infrastructure in a Financial Services organization
• Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Possess technical skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for quicker navigations and leadership presentations and quick reviews/analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 3 years of relatable experience
• Knowledge of Digital Tools such as Tableau, UI Path & Python
• Effective communication skills with Alteryx CORE certification and hands-on experience. Should have an understanding on Python, SAS & Tableau
• Attention to Details and optimal accuracy rate in processing critical request.
• Ability to understand bespoke activities and report accordingly
