DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Transform customer data into actionable insights to shape key business and marketing strategies. Leverage expertise in advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining, to extract meaningful patterns and trends and translate output to actionable insights. Apply statistical analysis and data visualization tools to interpret complex data and drive informed business decisions. Provide exceptional business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting to assess customer engagement, digital interaction, and account production performance and share insights with stakeholders. Drive strategic initiatives in analyzing complete customer journeys across digital and offline channels to identify friction points, improve discoverability, and increase conversion, optimizing omni-channel shopping journeys to create a personalized and seamless customer experience. Employ advanced analytics to discover customer shopping preference, channel migration, and product affinity, uncover growth opportunities, and drive targeted strategies while optimizing overall portfolio performance. Forecast P&L impacts of omni channel marketing initiatives and business cases to inform strategic priorities and experimentation roadmap. Develop experiment designs, assess campaign performance, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, technology, and research to ensure successful launch of personalized digital experiences and growth-driven initiatives, including building dashboards for real time campaign performance tracking and troubleshooting tech issues and other execution gaps. Drive an annual digital experimentation target setting project to forecast incremental account production and customer engagement growth, develop ongoing tracking to measure progress, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and experimentation roadmap. Mentor and train new and junior members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Finance or related field of study plus 3 (Three) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Channel Analytics, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Finance or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Channel Analytics, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience in the following: SQL coding for automating the production of recurring reports and dashboards using ETL techniques and Alteryx or Dataiku workflows; Using Big data platform to perform data ingestion, data transformation, and query optimization; Project management with marketing campaigns using Jira or Kanban; Working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of digital experimentation initiatives and troubleshooting tech issues and gaps; Preparing performance measurement by translating quantitative information into actionable insights to be leveraged by both analytic and non-analytic audience. This position requires two (2) years of experience in the following: Financial services; Developing interactive Excel and PowerPoint reports with advanced functions including VLookup, Data Analysis Add-Ons, Pivots, Macros, Data Validation, Waterfall, and Gantt Chart; Statistical analysis and predictive modeling using R or Python; Designing and publishing dashboarding in Adobe Analytics; Performing statistical analysis using machine learning methods including multivariate regression, clustering analysis, classification techniques, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling; Leading customer digital shopping experimentation design, measurement, and deep dives analysis; Building interactive Tableau dashboards leveraging advanced visualization, ETL automation, and ODBC connectors; Leading customer behavioral and shopping funnel analytics and projects end to end including delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders; Managing target setting and developing tracking to monitor key performance indicators.

Full-Time. Salary: $147,000 - $195,000 per year.
