As a Quality Data & Reporting Manager II within the Quality Oversight and Governance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with global Quality Assurance standards. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, automation, and reporting to promote process improvements and support strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality control reviews, performing root cause analysis, and fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance organizational performance.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews of any/all COS records, ensuring adherence to global Quality Assurance standards, utilizing advanced computer literacy skills
- Analyze and interpret data collected during reviews, challenging assumptions and verifying the integrity and reliability of the data
- Identify potential challenges in the Quality Assurance (QA) testing process and initiate solutions, leveraging advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Perform root cause analysis on key issues, risks, and trends, making recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies or improvements to business processes
- Present review results to key stakeholders, tracking and monitoring corrections to identified critical defects, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication to enhance team performance and achieve shared objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and analyze data and make appropriate recommendations to ensure success
- Strong and effective skills in problem solving and analytical reasoning
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive quality control reviews and root cause analysis, with a focus on standards and procedure
- Advanced proficiency in using computer systems and artificial intelligence tools for data analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and implement process improvement
- Advanced skills in team leadership, coaching, and delegation, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Experience with data analytics and knowledge of automation is a must: Python
- Strong project management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive knowledge of quality management best practices, root cause and corrective action, defect elimination
- Demonstrated knowledge of Webstats, alternative Quality Assurance systems, and systems used by COS to support quality monitoring, reporting, and onboarding/service processes.
- Microsoft Access/Excel database knowledge
- Experience with data analytics and knowledge of automation preferably with the following (ie. Snowflake, allteryx, tableau, etc.)
- Ability to apply strategic thinking for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions, with a growing understanding of regulatory guidelines.
