As a Quality Analyst II in our Quality Assurance team, your goal is to ensure that our applications work as they should and meet customers' needs. To accomplish this, you'll join one of our high-performing Quality Assurance teams. You'll draw on your testing knowledge and creativity to automate test capabilities and design test and maintenance procedures. You'll also tap our existing test frameworks to tackle specific problems. We take a collaborative approach to quality, which means you'll work with experienced developers, managers, and business partners across the organization. You'll receive coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help you become an even better technologist and professional.

Job Responsibilities :
- Document Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
- Design and Automate Regression Test Cases
- Execute Test Cases and Report results.
- Build and Maintain Automation Script Suite. Utilize Test Frameworks and CI/CD tools effectively.
- Test APIs and Automate Testing using Selenium/Java/Cucumber
- Apply Agile Methodology and Manage tasks using Jira.
- Identify and Analyze Defects, and Collaborate with Ops teams for quality assurance and timely bug resolution.
- Gather Metrics around Automation and Contribute to Report Creation. Update Out-of-Date Documentation.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- BE/MCA/BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to write automated tests
- Develop an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Understand and apply TDD, BDD, and Shift Left concepts.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively to deliver Automated Test solutions to Development and QA teams.
- Utilize MS Office products for analysis and presentation.
- Gain hands-on experience in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or UiPath, and proficiently stage data and write database queries.
- Apply logical and programming skills, and gain exposure to Postman, SoapUI, or RestApi.
